"The Butterfly Series" is a powerful journey that will guide you as you develop more clarity, meaning, focus, purpose and joy your life. This 7 day course aims to help you enjoy a higher level of satisfaction in life and assist you in realising your definition of success. This means that you will need to commit to making some changes and prioritising yourself. Change can be hard but 'The Butterfly Series' makes it an easy and enjoyable process. Based on Positive Psychology, each lesson will gently guide you as you engage in simple exercises and daily challenges that support an optimistic mindset and a positive change in behaviour. How It Works

Starting Monday 1st March, you will receive a new lesson each day for 7 days. Each day we will focus on a different topic, with each lesson building on the magic of the previous lesson. The program is all online with tutorial videos, downloadable PDFs and a daily challenge. You will also have access to a private Facebook group for all 'butterflies' participating in the program. Day 1 is a journey of self-discovery as you connect with your authentic self, understand your own definition of success and delve deep to remember what truly brings you joy.  

Find Your Spark

On Day 2 you will identify your unique core strengths and how they can help you flourish in your professional and personal life.

Dream Big

On Day 3 it's time to step things up and create an action plan that will take you from where you are now to a place of fulfilment, purpose and contentment.

What's Holding You Back?

Learn the FIVE common obstacles that prevent people from accomplishing their goals and taking action. Once you recognise your roadblocks, you'll start to take action with increased self-awareness and confidence.

It's Just A Matter Of  Time

We all have the same amount of time in our lives - it's how we spend it that matters. In this lesson, you will learn SEVEN simple tricks that will help you manage your time more effectively, clear your head and move you closer to your goals.

The benefits of an optimistic mindset are countless. In this lesson, you will learn techniques to help you shift negative thought patterns and replace them with a more joyful and optimistic way of thinking. 

 

Spread Your Wings

 When we live in a more present and mindful state, we are more likely to align our skills and abilities with achievable goals and plans. This lesson will help you relax into 'who you are now' by way of simple visualisation and mindfulness exercises.
